The Cluster of Excellence EconTribute: Markets and Policy and the Society for Experimental Finance (SEF) would like to invite you to the Experimental Finance 2022 conference in Bonn, Germany. The conference also serves as the 12th annual meeting of the Society for Experimental Finance.

Paper submission and deadline:

We invite you to submit full papers or extended abstracts (with a minimum of 1000 words) using experimental methods covering all areas of finance broadly defined (please only submit when you have already collected your data) via https://www.conftool.org/ef2022 (You will first need to create an account and can then submit your work).

The deadline for submissions is March 15. Authors of accepted papers will be notified by mid-April 2022.

We also invite all junior scientists to apply for the Vernon L. Smith Young Talent Award in Experimental Finance for the best conference paper. This prize is awarded by the SEF and Chapman University and amounts to 8,000 USD.

We will also organize a summer school for junior researchers in experimental finance from June 18 to 19.

Registration and Fees:

The registration fee for the Conference is 380 Euros for faculty members and postdocs and 250 Euros for students. It covers the participation in all lectures as well as one dinner, all meals and refreshments during breaks.
